A two hundred dollar ($200.00) deposit
must accompany this application. All
applications must be in this office by April 25, 2007.
League Cost: $2,450.00 / 14 Games, plus finals for
top two teams in each division.
Payment
Schedule:
$200.00 with League Application. $2,250.00
due on the day of first game. A
$25.00 late fee will be added to your balance for every week your account is
past due from your third game on.
Please Note: We have a lot of teams
interested, so we will process the applications on a first come, First serve
basis. Season will run from May 7,
2007 thru August 20, 2007. There
will be no games on May 28, 2007, or July 4th week.
I have read and
understand the payment schedule, and agree to adhere to the guidelines required
