** Game shirts provided ** 2 - 18 Minute stop time periods

Players evaluated, drafted and coached by highly qualified coaches.  Players improperly evaluated at tryouts will be reassigned to a Tier I or II team based on a recommendation of the coaching staff. Tryouts will be immediately after Labor Day.  Players will be notified. Games will begin on  September 10th and run through November.

Requirement: Must be enrolled in a school, Grade 8 thru 12.
Equipment: Full approved hockey gear. (No sweats.)
Liability: Players participate at their own risk, neither Northstar Youth Forum nor any of the coaches shall be held liable.
Cost: $325.00 total.   A $100.00, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, must accompany application.  Balance MUST be paid at first tryout in September.
